Oh my! What a tremendous experience!! Sheila is far and away the best realtor that Ihave ever used. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and her follow-thru isexceptional. She devises a strategy, develops a communication plan, and executesbrilliantly. She helps each step of the way, from staging the property, photography andexcellent printed materials and documentation, thru to inspection negotiation andresolution and ultimately closing. She is available as a resource at almost any hour, andis very, very responsive. Our home sold in 4 days, for over asking price, and theinspection was resolved in less than a week with minimal expense. Sheila even helpedanswer questions and devise acquisition strategy for our new home out of state. I wouldrecommend Sheila to anyone moving within or to the Dallas area. Her approach issecond to none, and you want her on your side, because you do not want to negotiateagainst her! We had talked to so many agents and they just weren't responsive and made excuses for everything.Sheila came in and told us exactly what it would take to sell our home.
