I am extremely dedicated to my full time job as a Broker listing and selling residential real estate. I enjoy working with buyer and sellers both for different reasons. I am well educated in all steps of the process. My specialty in the past had been Foreclosure/REO Assets for numerous banks and mortgage lenders. They taught me an in depth knowledge in real estate in all aspects due to the numerous obstacles to steer through with these type of properties. I am a hard worker and I do enjoy working all niches of real estate. I believe working with Foreclosures/REO Real Estate educates you extensively in every facet of the Real Estate Industry with knowledge that surpasses the traditional Real Estate Broker.
