Sheila was fantastic to work with. She helped me throughout all aspects of the process. Helped me negotiate a price and provided me with input and advice as we went along. Sheila exhibited exactly what a person would want in a Real Estate agent. She is knowledgable, tenacious and consistent in her approach to things. The thing I liked about her the most was that she would tackle anything. What I mean is, if a problem arose, she would jump in immediately and start working through it. All too often agents are lazy or unmotivated. In this case, it was a smaller transaction. I would say "Size of the deal" did not affect how Sheila operated. Sheila is an excellent realtor and a REALLY nice person to work with. She was quick to understand our needs and always extremely prompt in responding to all our questions/concerns. Sheila knows the central coast like nobody else and has a great network of people in the area, This was a huge help in not only finding the perfect place but also getting settled there.
