I have been recanting licensed since 2014.
In 1988, I was licensed for the first time and worked Real Estate for about two years.
Then in 1992, my career moved me to mortgage lending. I continued in mortgage lending for 16 years.
2008 is when the mortgage industry took a turn so I was forced to take a position as a Credit Counselor. So these careers have given me a great background for Real Estate.
As of 2014, I have been back in Real Estate as a Realtor full-time and have been able to use my background to help buyers and sellers in today's market.

- Sheila listed and sold my home
Sheila helped us sell our home at a profit at the end of the summer. Due to area of our old home, we were expecting a loss on home but with her ability to get the right pictures and wording to sell home, multiple offers came about 1 day after listing. Sheila also helped us navigate the hotter markets of the area to get us our forever home. She was always available to answer questions day and night along with while on vacation.
