I am a long time resident of Delaware County. A member of TREND, the Multiple Listing Service for the surrounding counties and Philadelphia area. My expertise is in Delaware County area and part of Chester County. I have completed courses in Real Estate Appraising, Real Estate Law, Construction, Financing, and Taxation at Widner College. I am a graduate of Dale Carnegie and achieved the GRI designation and an Associate Broker License. I have also achieved the CRS designation. Since entering the Real Estate business in 1978, I have achieved the highest level of sales volume commission structure. In order to insure that I am knowledgeable with every aspect of the Real Estate Market, I continue to take courses relating to my selected field of business.
