She was really skilled at explaining things in simple terms so I'd understand what I needed to do and exactly when. She also was super flexible with timing for Open Houses and negotiations so that I didn't need to take off of work or move my schedule around. Shelby was exactly what I needed in my house buying process. She was kind, patient and friendly but she made sure to be firm regarding deadlines and she was an amazing negotiator. She really helped me with her extensive knowledge of the area, it helped me find my home in Westmont and I couldn't be happier with the location and area!

I had inquired for more information on a property and received three calls from agents. Out of all those agents, Shelby was the only one who seemed extremely invested within the first few moments of the conversation. I wasn't ready to buy a home at that time but she sent me information on pre-approvals and started a collection of houses that fit what I had told her and emailed them to me weekly. After about two months, I was ready to start looking and I knew that she was the person who I wanted to use because she was already invested in helping me even though she knew I wasn't ready when she first contacted me. I couldn't imagine ever using another agent. Shelby was amazing from the beginning until the very end. Even after I closed on the house and went to the house to discover that the sellers hadn't handed over all their keys and were still in the home, Shelby drove from the office to my new home to be with me while it was explained to the sellers that they had to leave. I don't know of too many people who would do this after their job was done

Shelby Mrazek hit the nail on the head with what I would expect from a realtor. I am new to the process as well and she made me feel at home. I would recommend her to anyone just because of how personable she is. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and how timely the job the job got done.
