A few years ago I had some cash saved and talked to Shelby about investing in a rental property around Hemet Ca. After a month or so of looking he found a really nice house for me on the east end of Hemet looking out at the mountains and had established orange, grapefruit trees that are great and its it was in my price range! This is going to be a rental property but I may move there in the future since I enjoy fishing and motorcycle riding. Its been a Great investment!
