Shelley Marshall

I live in Florida, my fiance resides in NJ, & we're buying a home in Tennessee. Complicated... We were on our way(s) back home after a week-long search for our perfect place, with absolutely NO success, when we ran across a listing we absolutely fell in LOVE with! Shelley was the listing agent, so we called her right away. (Now, mind you, this was on EASTER SUNDAY!) She returned my call right away, but informed us that it was virtually impossible to get us in to see the place on such short notice, because one of the sellers was quite ill. Nevertheless, she said that if we stayed an extra night, she'd try to get us in the next day. She contacted the sellers (several times) & explained our situation. They finally agreed, but the exact time was up-in-the-air as Shelley already had prior commitments with other (local) buyers. But the next morning, she called to say that her other clients were super-nice, & didn't mind a bit if their appointment time got pushed back a little bit so she could accommodate us. Well... Turns out that it WAS the perfect place for us, & we started negotiations right there in the driveway! One offer, one counter-offer, & within 24 hours we had a deal! Shelley has been SO incredibly helpful all along the way. Not being local, we're at a disadvantage in every regard. Shelley has helped us tremendously with her vast local knowledge of everything from banks, to home inspectors, to translating all that legal mumbo-jumbo. & helping us save money along the way while getting the best services possible. Besides being extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, & helpful as an agent, she's an amazing person in general! Sweet, smart, courteous, & with a GREAT sense of humor. Shelley goes WAY above-&-beyond for her clients & I would HIGHLY recommend her (& her uber-talented daughter, Amber) to anyone looking for an EXCELLENT Real Estate agent for ANY reason!!
