It has now been a month or a little over a month that I have been living inmy new home. I wanted to let your team know how much I appreciate all ofthe things Shelley Marino did to make my experience in buying my firsthome (because of a separation with my wife of 17 years). She worked hardfor her money because the seller lived at the beach and was difficult toget in touch with and wasn't easy to get alone with but she hung in thereand did her best. She went beyond the call of duty after the closing. Iwent home to pick up a few things to bring to the new house. When I pulledup she had the grass cut because it was above the knee. That may sound likesuch a small thing but to me it meant the world. She wasn't on duty as arealtor for RE/MAX, she did it on her free time. You don't find a lot ofpeople who will go the extra distance when they don't have to do anythingafter the sale or closing. I was very impressed with what she did and Ithought I would let you know how much it meant to me. Her actions willalways be in my mind to go back to her the next time I want to buy ahouse.
