Shelly and her group were so efficient and knowledgeable. I got three transactions (two sales and one buy) done in five months. They gave me their professional suggestions and never do decisions for me. They stayed on the top of everything, communicating with the other agent efficiently, coordinating with my lender properly, treating my tenant (for my rental property) nicely, and dealing with a "tough" buyer agent in a proper way.
