Sheri gave us excellent service. She really went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated it. We put our house up for sale in Redmond, WA but we do not live locally. We had renters in our house for over 7 years and the last tenants did not leave the house well maintained. Sheri was a godsend for us. She helped get our house in great shape. She managed everything from getting the home inspection done to getting the right people in our house to take care of the items in the report that needing taking care of in order to put the house up for sale; including but not limited to; refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing the carpets, refinishing the deck, repairs throughout the house, etc. Due to all her hard work and determination, our house sold in one weekend. We are not easy graders by nature but Sheri is truly the best.
