Sheri really listened to what we were looking for in a desert property and was diligent in locating properties for us. As we were conducting a great part of our search from out of the area, Sheri was quick to share new listings and even pay a quick visit to the property to shoot us a video, send us pics or to fill us in on the property details. She was great about advising us along the way and kept our interest in the forefront throughout the entire home buying process.We have already shared her name with friends also looking to invest in a desert home.

We were living in Massachusetts for 60 years and decided to relocate to the Coachella Valley. We knew very little about the area and depended a great deal on Sheri to guide us effectively through the transition. Sheri was wonderful! She listened intently to what we wanted and encouraged us to explore other options that we may not have considered. We liked that a lot. She spent many days with us, on three different trips to CA, driving all around the valley telling us stories and showing us all that the area has to offer. Best of all, we trusted her to make an offer on a house which we were not able to view in person. She called us as she previewed the home, sent us lots of photos and videos, and even drew up a floor plan with dimensions! She was honest, thoughtful, and eager to get it right for US. She responded to emails and phone calls promptly, answered all our questions, and attended to our every need. i.e. finding a pool company for us, getting a padlock for our gate, taking our boys over to see the new house, and saving the day when we had an unexpected leak in the refrigerator hose (we hadn't left MA to move into our new home yet). To us, it seemed like she was going way above and beyond what is usually expected of a real estate agent. But Sheri modestly told us that it is what she does for all her clients.
