We contacted Sherri. She came over and we laid out a plan. She gave me a list of things that needed to be addressed and we agreed on a timeline to address them. While we were doing that, she had pictures taken and wrote up the listing description. Our house hit MLS on a Thursday afternoon around 5 pm. She had a showing the next day and an offer within hours of that. By Sunday evening, we had a signed offer and it was done! She made every other facet of the sale equally simple.
