I was in the process of buying and selling and living out of stateSherry walked the property I was interested in and took videos and sent them to me. She worked tirelessly to make sure I was informed. When my circumstances changed and I had to move back out of state, Sherry had my lot sold in a weekwhat I enjoyed most about Sherry was her expert handling of business, and her communication skills. I am writing to say thank you to Sherry Adams, also to recommend her highly and tell a little about my home buying experience. I had been through a divorce several years ago and been renting since. I had spent my saving to start a new life in the last 2 years so I really didn't have a down payment to buy a house with a conventional loan. I did however qualify for a 0 down VA loan and got approved through Veterans United. I had no experience with the VA loan process and asked VU to recommend a realtor to guide me through it. They recommended a guy in Fort Worth. I said actually I am looking to move north of Denton and asked if they could recommend anyone closer. They said there is only one realtor north of Fort Worth in the Denton, Gainesville, Sherman area that we can recommend. It was Sherry and she has been great . She knew how the process worked and all the hoops we needed to jump thru for the VA. She also jumped through all the hoops a novice like myself put her through. I swear I made her show me at least a hundred houses in 3 counties and she was a great sport about it always cheerful and quick to respond to any of my needs . Sherry always had my best interest in mind and was a great resource of knowledge. I am thankful for all she did, especially never giving up on me when I think the average person would have.
