Over the past 25 years I have been a successful realtor, broker, property manager, short sale negotiator, family living trust specialist and new home sales manager. I worked 4 years in Boca Raton, Florida as a business broker, buying and selling businesses. After I moved to California, I procured my license as an agent and worked 7 years for a Southern California builder. In 2011, I passed my brokers exam and I have loved every minute helping my buyers to live the American dream of ownership as investment toward their retirement and I enjoy achieving top dollar for my seller’s properties. The majority of my business comes from referrals because of my attention to detail, integrity and my attentive customer service. I am also a certified short sale negotiator and I’m very experience in REO’s.
