I've been a licensed full time realtor since 1999. I was first licensed in California (still active license)and then move to Charleston SC getting my license in 2016. Worked for many local brokerage until opening up my own brokerage in 2018. I'm experienced assisting out of area home owners sell while being states away as well as assist first time home buyers from start to finish.
