Sherry Wax

She was the best to work with!

My experience was great in 1 month I found my house and they helped me negotiate to pay no money closing, get the house fixed up, and get a home warranty.

Sherry was very attentive. She critiqued the home as if it was her own, and I greatly appreciated it. She looked for things that I had not considered. She made us a top priority and communicated with us often. She also saw potential in various homes giving us some really good ideas.

I bought my home over a year ago now and I still am impressed by the amount of effort and shear leg work Sherry Wax and Jeff Nelson expended to help me in every way a person could need or want help. These two bent backwards to help me, no matter when and no matter the place they were there when I needed them. They also went above and beyond when they helped me file my first claim with my home warranty; at that point they had no need to help me, they had been paid and I owned the home, but help me they did. Thanks to these individuals' outstanding work, I am a home owner living within my means despite the sudden inflation spiral from 2020 to 2024. Thank-you both.
