This was our 3rd transaction with Sherry Wiggs help. Back in 2009 she help us to sell our apartment and buy a house. We did not have any doubts who to contact when we decided to move to North Carolina. Selling a house is a big stress, but when youre 10 hours away the stress is doubled. Sherry was a huge help during the entire process. She handled show requests, open house showings, numerous inspections and kept house in showable shape during NY winter. Sherry lead us through getting house ready for sale, price setup and offers negotiation. House was sold in less than 6 months which included long holiday season. Sherry is outstanding and I can't say enough about the experience I had working with her. My father passed away and his home was put on the market.
