We had lived in Staten Island ,New York for 47 years. We were in our home there for 39 years. We were very nervous about the move. We were leaving all our friends and neighbors behind. Sheryl took the time to put us at ease and explain all the Middletown, New Jersey had to offer. She listened to our needs and showed us homes that fit our criteria. She was always available to show us home in the neighborhoods that close to our daughters home. Sheryl guided you through the entire process of the contact, inspection and closing. Each time there was a hiccup in the process and there were a few, Sheryl always manage to resolve all issues. She always responded in a very timely manner. Aside from doing all the things you would expect from a good professional real estate agent, she did so much more! Specifically, my closing date was approaching and due to some unforeseen health issues regarding my husband, we were falling behind with the packing. I literally did not go to sleep the night before my closing date. I was running on empty and so much more needed to be done. When Sheryl arrived on the day of my closing/move, I explained to her that I was not totally packed. After calming me down and giving me advice ,she literally kicked off her beautiful high heeled shoes and got to work! Wrapping and Packing items, carrying heavy boxes out to the moving truck, climbing in and out of the truck ( in a beautiful dress, no less) and packing up and throwing out trash. She literally cancelled the rest of her appointments for the day to assist me as needed. Sheryl really went above and beyond her call of duty. I would call upon Sheryl again if I ever needed to and would and have recommended her to others.

She is beyond patient, kind, knowledgeable, pitbull when needed & most importantly, she deserved & deserves every award out there. My house was not sellable even with my updates, but In walks Sheryl & before we know it, we had an offer & we just closed yesterday. I cant thank her enough for all that she has done for us. Sheryl was amazing! This was my first time selling a home and had a million questions (half of which I thought were silly). She took her time answering every one, sometimes more than once, and was always available for more.
