Avoid Shir-Lee Rosenberg as a realtor: 1. Lack of communication for Documents signed(they were either extremly late or could have been done via docusign). 2. No communication with her attorney to handle trust documentation, she literaly had to drive to her attorney to get answers after 6 days of constant calls. 3. Junk pictures of the home. 4. After an appraisal that required 6 months to vanish we contacted her to transition to a new realtor and she "Lost the Keys" to the home. Really? How fundamental is keeping a client's keys to a home? 5. Refuses to remake new keys.
