Shirley was extremely helpful and provided many options when we searched for a home. She always made her schedule flexible to ours and was very timely with offers we made. Her goal was to find the right home for us....not to make a sale....as she stated often waiting is always an option!

When we had our first meeting with Shirley, we had several options of what we wanted in a home. Shirley presented what we asked for and then some!!!! Shirley was patient, understanding, ethical and honest. Shirley was good with us when we were getting emotional about our decisions and guided us through it and brought us back to thinking clearly and logically. When it came time for negotiations, Shirley was fair yet always had our best interests in mind. We now own a home that we love and enjoy which, we believe, would not have happened without Shirley by our side!!!!

I would highly recommend Shirley to anyone looking to rent a home! She was extremely communicative and responsive, which I really appreciated as a potential tenant. She was open and approachable, and responded candidly to our questions and concerns. She also seemed to have a strong and trusting relationship with the homeowner. I have never had a smoother experience working with a realtor to rent.

We were glad to have met her and when our first time looking fell through we didn't forget and used her a year later. Work with her, because she will work with you. Attention to detail and she will not get tired of your annoying calls. :)

Shirley is the most knowledgable, patient, courteous and thoughtful real estate agents that my husband and I have ever worked with and that says a lot because we own properties all over the world. What I love most about Shirley is that even when we were about to give up and lose hope, she always found a way to turn the mood around whether it be taking a break from 'searching' or be it taking different strategies to find the perfect home. She is well versed in the local news/events and incredibly resourceful, she truly couldn't be better suited to be an expert realtor!
