Shirley Brown

Shirley is the seller agent for a recent housing transaction. We are one of the top bidders. She countered our offer and we sincerely gave a good one with $100k price increase. She claimed that we will hear back soon then totally dodged our calls and stayed silence for 6 hours and used our offer to get a better one from another bidder. While understandable it’s a competitive and fierce market at Bay Area; she predetermined to use us as a stepping stone and deliberately hid information, didn’t give us fair chance of opportunity. Why targeting us? Is it because of our race? Or because you simply cannot do honest communications? Anyhow, buyers be aware of this person and I highly recommend Shirley to sellers!
