Shirley is the best! I worked with Shirley to buy a home. The subdivision we bought in was Hugh, it had two entrances. What we didn’t know was the city had recently added a third. The navigation devices hadn’t updated to include the new entrance. The listing agent directions were vague . Shirley did not give up until we found the house. And of course we bought it!
