I graduated with a Master degree on Engineering at Texas A&M University and had worked in Oil Gas Chemicals in Engineering for couple of years at Houston. However, after investing couple of real estate properties and flipping houses myself, I found that I could spending hours and hours on looking up, visiting, and remodeling/upgrading residential properties.
