Shom was the best agent we could have asked for and then some. He was prompt in answering our calls, quick to schedule visits, and on the ball with negotiating prices. After our first sale didn't go through because the seller backed out Shom calmly presented us with our options and helped us keep a level head. In the face of homelessness Shom schedule visits and worked on Sundays in order to help us close the house in two weeks. We were able to close the day before we had to be out with only two weeks to complete everything. Without Shom we would have been lost and probably have settled into another apartment.
