- Shyam and I connected, but did no business
Shyam is currently the owner of record for a home in my neighborhood. ALL of the homes are single family residences with an HOA and Deed Restrictions. He is renting out this home with about 10-12 people living there and 10-12 vehicles parked on the street and driveway. Many people have complained and some have even SOLD and MOVED because of all the traffic. The cars are coming & going all the time. It's possible that they are even working out of their garage. The house is in very poor condition. It needs eviction notices and remodeling. If he is a decent realtor, this is not up to anyone's standards. He should be fined for deed restriction violations.
