I couldnt recommend Silvana more! Not only is she lovely to work with, she is so incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Shes helped me buy twice and is the only I would trust to guide me through this process!

Silvana knew both DC and PG County really well, particularly Mount Rainier, where I wanted to buy. She was persistent in getting me to all the houses I wanted to see, particularly the one that had tenants who delayed our visit. Then she was on top of submitting the offer and negotiating good terms for my settlement. She was consistently responsive to my requests. When my lender balked, she connected me with another lender who sealed the deal within a week. Amazing! I felt like Silvana was a real partner, and I trust her advice completely.
