I had a great experience with Silvana and went very well being a first time buyer.

I was very very very disappointed in my experience with Silvana. Not only did she inaccurately present information, she did a poor job of helping me understand what I was doing as a first time home buyer. Silvana went out of her way to say whatever she needed to say to secure the sale - while throwing my interests into the wind. After the sale closed, and many things were not as expected/advertised at the house, Silvana did LITERALLY NOTHING to help me contact the owners. Silvana was dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. I would call anyone else before using her again.

Silvana is very professional and very accomodating. She listened to what our plans were about the house. She made suggestions to make sure the value of our house is comparable to the other houses sold in our area and how we can even offer a higher value. She walked with us through all parts of the process in selling the house. Even before the “For Sale” signage was visible she is already looking for prospects of future homeowners. It took us only a few days to sell our house because an offer was already in place. She is amazing and definitely the person to seek advice about the properties in the area and its worth.
