I was referred to Silvano by a friend who had recently bought a home. When I told my friend that I was thinking about buying a home he was excited to share his experience of buying a home with the help of Silvano. I finally decided that it was time to settle and buy a home, but I had no idea what to do. The best and easiest experience ever! Fast, easy, stress free and so much fun! As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous, uneducated and skeptical. I didn't really know what I was doing. I reached out to Silvano amongst other realtors and Silvano was who I wanted to work with. He immediately educated me on the home buying process and taught me everything I needed to know. He made time to be able to help me, showed me so many homes and he handed me the keys to my first home a month later. Silvano is very professional, experienced and so educated.
