Silvia Rainaldi

We have used Silvia to purchase a number of homes over the past 20 years. She has been professional, dependable, reliable. The very first home we ever puchased had sat empty for months. The day we moved in and turned on all the utilities, 6 pipes burst in the walls, and we had water spurting from the ceiling and walls! I called Silvia, and she headed right over, and she made sure that that the plumber came out, fixed the broken pipes, and ensured that those costs were covered since they had the utilities off for months during the winter. She has helped us buy 2 additional homes since then, and I have had several other family members hire Silvia as their agent. Our most recent home purchase was a complicated MESS, as the selling agent had it under double contract (nothing mentioned in the MLS listing) and with all the hassles and legalities to deal with the double contract, splitting property, establishing new tax ID numbers, etc, we would have walked away had we not had such an experienced agent. I would recommend Silvia without hesitation.

Several members of our family have worked with Silvia as our Realtor at different times over the past 17-18 years. She is great to work with and always reachable. She is NOT one of those Realtors that you call and may not hear back from for a couple days. She is very responsive and attentive to her clients and their needs.
