Talk about hand holding-Simon was there for us every step of the way. Any questions were answered immediately and we had many questions. He never seemed to tire of us and I even thought we were a pain sometimes. His strongest point was in negotians. We really wanted a property and in the beginning we told him we didn't want to go over a certain amount and he honored that and went to bat for us so we didn't go over that amount and still got the house! He offered his help in moving and has even stored some things for us for a short while. I have referred him to 2 friends who all say he is helping them and he is working on their behalf. I can't say enough good things about him. He's a rare find!

Simon listed our home and sold it in three days. As soon as we listed it he had 10 showings. He was very helpful in advising as to what we should do to maximize the appeal of our home. I don't know if words can express how amazing of a professional he is. He was somehow able to anticipate all of my needs and met every one of them. Our circumstance was a little unique in that we are military retiring after 23 years of service and moving across the country. He was able to meet with me over the phone and was there for me when I flew across country to actually see the property with only a few days notice. He negotiated a fair price for us as well as negotiated repairs and services for a Fannie Mae property (they don't usually bargain as all sales are "as-is" condition!). 24 hours... Yes, my home went under contract within 24 hours of listing. I never partake in reviews. However, it would be unjust not disclose working with Simon was a pleasure and he nailed it. Don't waste your time or money using anyone else (hand on heart).

Simon was our agent 1 year ago when we were looking for a home in Orlando. We were very happy with his professionalism and the way he handled the purchase negotiation and closing. When we decided to list that home for sale in June 2017, we contacted Simon. He had a professional photographer come out and he took beautiful pictures of the home. Within 3 days of it being listed, we had 6 showings and 2 offers. Three weeks later we sold the home and once again Simon did a great job every step of the way.
