We hired Sindi to sell our investment property, after we had worked with an agent for over 1 1/2 years to sell it and Sindi got it under contract quickly & for more than we expected! She offered great suggestions on what improvements we should complete to help increase the profit and it paid off! We were able to close in 30 days and the entire process was smooth and painless. Sindi helped us to sell our townhome even with HOA issues and a legal case going on. Due to the legal issue, no lender would lend on our property, so we would have to find a cash buyer. At our price point, we were finding this to be difficult but Sindi kept re-assuring us she would find a buyer and get our townhome sold. And she delivered! She found us TWO cash buyers to choose from and we were able to go under contract and close within 30 days! She also helped to coordinate with the attorney and HOA to help ensure a fairly smooth process (as possible) and a closing. She also arranged for two separate closings, to help accommodate busy work schedules for both us and the buyer, with a remote notary. Sindi went above and beyond what we expected!

My wife and I lived out of state and Sindi helped us to find a townhome with the amenities we wanted and within our comfortable price range. She wasn't high pressured and took the time to view homes for us and took us on home tours via FaceTime. She negotiated a great deal for us on the purchase of the townhome and when we needed to re-sell it 6 months later, as we decided not to move to Colorado, she was fair when listing the townhome and negotiated a great deal for us.
