I have had my Real Estate License since 1971. I hold a Brokers License in the state of New York just incase I want to go back to be with my children. One never lets go of a license after one gets it. My selling experience is varied. My husband Lionel & I built over 125 homes on Long Island. I have done residential sales, and worked in the Commercial and Industrial sector for the last 14 years while before I moved to Sarasota Florida . And when I moved in 1990 I got my Florida License and have been working full time ever since. I have been told that I am tenacious, but friendly and well informed. I enjoy what I do and I care about people and I look out for their needs and wants, and that is why I am still selling or listing Real Estate At this stage of my career most of my business comes for past relationships and that is what we as Realtors hope to accomplish. I do have a sense of humor and that is something that has gotten me through the hard times in my business and in life
