  • Skip and I connected, but did no business

      Skip took advantage of his seller, an older man, to work his way into a deal that had him representing both the buyer and the seller. Now that the property in question has been closed on, I have all the details of Skip's unethical way of doing business. I had a signed contract, but Skip cancelled it by way of attorney disapproval over a long holiday weekend. I then submitted an addendum offering more than the property ended up selling for, but Skip decided not to show my second offer to his client since I was represented by a different realtor. As a result, his seller received less for the home, and Skip walks away happy thanks to his lack of care for his clients. Skip does not deserve to be a realtor, plain and simple. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
