Sandy was definitely the right agent for us. Her knowledge of The Woodlands and Spring area lead to selling our house quickly. She was very prompt in answering our many questions and her financial expertise isphenomenal. The whole processor of selling went smoothly and Sandyeven helped with the aftermath of Closing.

I have never met a person like Sandy, much less a realtor like Sandy. She: listens, she knows the market, she understands what is important to you, whether you are buying or selling. She helped me find the right house, right neighborhood, right price all in two Saturdays. She has mapped out a strategy after your initial conversation, because she knows time is often of the essence. Moving from Colorado to The Woodlands was a big move for us, but because of Sandy and her "excellent service" it has been one of the our most pleasant experiences. Sandy is simply put, wonderful :-) My husband works for Exxon, so when the new campus was being built up North, we started looking for houses. We worked with 2 real estate agents and neither showed us anything we liked. They both were so focused on selling us a house at the top of our price range that they didn't listen to what we wanted. After months of searching, we were starting to get really discouraged.A friend from my husband's work recommended Sandy, and from our 1st conversation, I knew she was going to be solid gold! She asked us what we were looking for, listened, and then said 'yep I've got the neighborhood for you.' The next weekend, we met Sandy to look at a couple of houses. We started in the neighborhood she had in mind, and by the 3rd show we'd found our house! We continued looking all over north Houston for due diligence, but quickly realized Sandy took us to the right place from the start.We bought that 3rd house directly from a builder. Sandy negotiated ~$4-$5k in free upgrades in addition to our awesome price + reductions. And she didn't show us one house outside of our budget! She offered constant tips, recommendations, and general advice to help us get comfortable in the area. We loved working with Sandy; she shows genuine interest and caring for us. And we still (1+ years later) keep in touch. Sandy is all you hope for in a real estate agent but don't believe actually exists :-)
