Terrible expirience loss a couple of house because she keep telling me the seller side will not call her back, or house was occupay and she was waiting for a call back or that the house I wanted was already under contract. I took it upon myself to call the listing agents and found out that house was available eventhough she told me the house I wanted was under contract. She never contact them to make an appoitment or request a showing. After 2 months of been giving the run around I fired her.

Excellent. Sonya is very knowledgeable and a very likable personality. She is smart and also bi lingual which is a plus.
