This is the second time I have used Sonja Moncayos service to purchase a home. The reason I selected her over all the many agents in the area is her ethical values along with her many years of experience and knowledge of the Real Estate market. im a first time home buyer who has had the honor of working with Ms.Sonia Moncayo. I was initially interested in a small single family house located in the Crenshaw area an Ms. Moncayo met me there but the house was already in escrow with another family. At that time Ms.moncayo arranged for us to visit several properties. She knew all the information pertaining to the property, the amenities as well as the surrounding neighborhood.
