Sonja Bush is an excellent agent and I would highly recommend her services. Our condo in the Village did not sell immediately and she was thoughtful and professional about taking it off the market to wait for a more appropriate time. She worked diligently to market it and sent me regular updates. I completely trusted her as she was always straightforward and honest. I recently purchased a mobile home in Mammoth Lakes for my son. I live 400 miles away. Sonja worked very hard on this small purchase which got a bit complicated with the parks requirements. Our ultimate goal was to downsize from our 4,200 square foot home which we built on Ridge Way in Mammoth Lakes 15 years ago. First of all, Sonja was amazing to work with! She listed our home on Ridge Way and we had two all cash offers in just 4 weeks.
