When imagining buying our first home, buying during a global pandemic never entered the picture. We started looking for our first home in the Ann Arbor area right when the state was in the process of shutting down and supply was at an unprecedented low. We also had high expectations in terms of the house and yard for the right value which made us tough clients to please.
