I have worked with Spring over the last few years a couple times and have a had a great experience each time. I found her group to be timely and efficient. Her cheerfulness and get it done attitude is great as well. I would recommend her group to anyone looking to sale their home.

Spring and her team have been wonderful to work with. She helped us sell our house and helped our daughter to buy a condo and a few years later to sell it for a very nice profit. When she helped us sell our house it was our third try. Spring helped us understand what we needed to do at a low cost to us to get our house ready to sell, then immediately found a buyer at a nice profit for us. The buyer was happy and so were we. The same with the sell of my daughters condo. She finds the right buyer for your sell, and will help you find the right house to purchase. Spring and her team are great to work with, she has great connections and if you listen to her your sell or purchase will go smoothly.

Spring helped me sell my aunt's home after she passed away, and she did a terrific job in a difficult situation. I live in another state, and the property was a challenge to sell. The home was on a large, overgrown lot (but not large enough to convince a developer to invest) and the house had some structural issues that scared away many private buyers. Still, Spring knew the property was a diamond in the rough. We went through six offer negotiations (and six months of listing) before Spring finally found and negotiated with the right buyer. She worked tirelessly to exhaust all angles with potential buyers. She kept the neighbors and my tenant in the loop as the offers came and then went. She never seemed discouraged or outmatched, and she kept my spirits up through out the process. She was professional, respectful, and wonderfully spirited. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. She's terrific!
