Stacey made the whole process of buying our first home so easy. When we first contacted her it was to look at one of her properties it was early in our process of buying a home and then the house went under contract. So Stacey helped us find other homes in the area with a few specifics that we requested. She emailed the list the same day she told us the other house went under contract. We choose Stacey as our realtor after interviewing a couple others familiar with our neighborhood and we are so glad we did! I would recommend Stacy to anyone wishing to buy or sell a house. Shortly after I listed my house I moved to Florida. Thereafter, an offer was made on my house subject to an inspection which resulted in a recommendation to correct about 15 items. Stacy went beyond the call of duty. She contacted contractors, met them at my house, got bids, arranged for deposits to be given multiple contractors to start work, let me know when work was satisfactorily completed and arranged final payments, Without her I would have had to return to Baltimore for weeks. Within a week of listing my townhouse Stacey received 4 offers. She went through each one with me and helped me choose which one was best. After a contract was agreed upon Stacey was at the property every step of the way until closing - appraisal, inspection, walk through, etc. to make sure everything went smoothly.
