We relocated from California to Nevada recently and had no contacts to work with. Luckily, I had a friend who was able to refer me to Stacey. I am so glad she did. Even before we had a chance to visit Nevada, she listened to our home needs and wants and started sending us listings right away and was very prompt with communication. Once we arrived, we got straight to work at looking at houses as we only had a few days to find a house, but never at any time did we feel pressured. She also accommodated our time restraints as we had a toddler with us. Her knowledge of the area and our specific needs helped to narrow down an area that was ideal for us. She didn't limit us to the area though; if there were houses outside that area, she was happy to show us but we quickly realized she was steering us in the right direction all along. In the end, we found a wonderful brand new beautiful home in a neighborhood that met all our needs to come for many years. Stacey's promptness, friendly demeanor, depth of knowledge and constant communication made this long distance search so much more manageable and less stressful. She is a truly warm person who has a heart for what she does and that is to place people into a place to call home.

Stacey Heroy is an amazing realtor. She was always available to show me a house and was on the ball with everything. We never realized how much having a great agent could mean to our home buying experience. Stacy was extremely professional, while at the same time very personable and she consistently exceeded our expectations . She knows the Las Vegas community inside and out. She took the time to get to know us, our tastes and priorities and found homes that were suited to our style and needs. After spending about a year looking for the perfect place for me to live I finally decided on Henderson, NV. Originally I contacted someone who was near the top of the agents list. Perhaps my price range was not high enough, but for whatever reason I never heard back. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the next person I contacted was Stacey Heroy. She quickly wrote me back and directed me to her website where you can access much more information about houses which are on the market than you can with the sites available to the public. Stacey asked questions about what I was looking for and automatically forwarded me information about matching houses through email. For several months I read through the listings marking each one as a favorite or not interested on her website. Eventually I decided on five properties I was interested in and flew out to Henderson from Pennsylvania to see the properties in person. Stacey spent two whole days driving me around Henderson and even into Las Vegas. Aside from the five properties I had picked out she showed me about ten more so that I could see each individual neighborhood and decide which area would be best for me. During the home visits Stacey was invaluable. This being my first time purchasing a house I was really unprepared as to what to look for. Stacey pointed out both the good and bad in each property which helped me make a much more informed decision. After I arrived back home I digested the information and decided to put in an offer on one of the properties. Stacey helped me put together the offer and thankfully my offer was accepted. Normally this would be where a real estate agent moves on to the next person, but this was when Stacey kicked it into high gear. Being on the east coast I could not make it out to Henderson throughout the rest of the process. Stacey not only setup the house inspection, she even attended the inspection and emailed me back many pictures of the house. Then came the mortgage process. Once again Stacey came through handling everything in Henderson and sending me all the forms which needed to be signed so I could do everything on my computer. A month or so later the house was mine! Once again Stacey could have quit right there, but no, that is not her style. Turns out I could not make it to my new house for over a month. In that time she helped me setup my electricity, gas, water, etc so the services would not be shut off. She even went out of her way to visit the house during that time to make sure everything was okay, letting me know if I had any mail, etc. In conclusion, I could not say enough good things about Stacey Heroy and I could not recommend her more.

Stacey did an exemplary job helping us find a home for our son in Henderson, NV. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market, and provided excellent guidance as we screened and viewed homes. During the entire process, she was very responsive to our questions, including during afterhours. She is very pleasant and personable to work with, and took the time to fully understand our home buying preferences and objectives. Stacey is knowledgeable of the Las Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson Nevada real estate market. She is patient and does what ever it takes to insure her customers find the best property available that suits their needs. She communicated available properties that met our criteria and we previewed approximately 30 properties before we found the one we purchased. Y'all, I'm going to keep this very simple in the beginning.....GO SEE STACEY!!!! Now for a more in depth review- My husband and I are first time homebuyers & also new to the area. Stacey has answered every question we have had, no matter how small or silly, in a very timely fashion without ever getting annoyed with us (which let me tell you was probably incredibly difficult lol). As far as what we were looking for she hit the nail on the head from the get-go, which other realtors had missed, & made sure she only showed us what we could afford. On top of all of that Stacey is just one of those people you feel completely comfortable with; she is very honest & straightforward, but always with a smile on her face. To sum it up she is a genuinely good person who is also fantastic at her job. She has a no pressure attitude and gets to know you & your likes. If you are in any kind of housing market you will not regret seeing her!
