At one point, I asked Stacey if I should sell my house next summer. It was a rental and I was just breaking even. Stacey remained in contact with me throughout the year. I was on the fence about purchasing my own home for several years. I always knew it was the smart decision, but as a single woman in my mid-twenties, the whole process seemed too daunting and overwhelming and I just wasnt sure if I was ready to tackle it. That was until I met Stacey. After months of casually checking the market out, my wife and I were excited to finally start the process of buying our first house. Right from the beginning, we knew that we were going to need someone experienced to help guide us along the path. When Emily and I decided to start looking for a house in this very competitive Denver market, we were very nervous about finding the right realtor to help assist us in the process of buying our first house.
