The other realtor said that they were offered more by another party, but they preferred to deal with Stacey, so they took my offer. She was THE reason that my offer was accepted. I am a first time home buyer, and Stacey made me feel like a pro. She was always prompt in her response to me questions, and she is very knowledgeable. She helped me with my offer letter and even gave me 2 delicious bottles of champagne (after one prematurely opened in my car) to celebrate with. I cannot recommend Stacey highly enough.
