I am 100% certain that I would not have my beautiful home if I had not met Stacey. She was amazing at negotiating and gave me great advice. i was in from out of town, on a tight schedule and I walked away from a (really nice looking) dud and she helped me get in to the perfect home in the same day!! She made sure that everything was in order and dealt with all of the unexpected issues that came up. The market in Sarasota was really crazy at the time for the type of home I was looing for... (and probably still is.) Her energy, quick thinking and savvy skills really saved the day for me. Was able to get my offer approved in a multiple offer situation. I didn't have to go over asking price. The owner later told me that he only went with my offer because of the way in which the offer was presented. I cannot recommend her enough! Thanks Stacey!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Stacey on the purchase of my home. I was looking at places between Venice and Sarasota and Stacey was extremely knowledgeable about both towns as well as other surrounding communities.
