Staci Payton

Excellent realtor who grew up local in Columbus with extensive knowledge of different areas and helped me navigate a hostile market to buy an awesome condo. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.

Staci was always responsive and easy to work with in my hunt to find the right house. She always made herself available when I stumbled on the one or 10 on-line listings that I wanted to see. And when there was a conflict with her schedule, she made sure I had representation from others in her Agency.

Staci was awesome to work with buying our first home! She was always willing to head anywhere in the greater Columbus area after business hours to view houses, and we visited A LOT of houses. She was always sending listings that she thought we might like, and she was patient with us through all of our first time buyer questions. Staci negotiated confidently and she even worked right up until a 10pm deadline to submit a last minute offer. She was constantly going above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend Staci to anyone looking to buy a house in Columbus!

Staci was great to work with! She was patient, accommodating, and easy to reach with all of our questions! She was knowledgeable, and really helped us find our perfect home! We would recommend Staci to anyone!

Staci was great to work with! As first time home buyers she helped us out every step of the way. We were connected with a lender within a day and started the home search right away. Staci was always available when I would reach out to her saying how badly I wanted to see this house that was listed, and wed be going to see it that day! Thanks Staci!
