She's A LIAR, and she's A THIEF! RUN! If you're not careful, you might even get arrested with her! Some years ago, this girl, S. T. L., came to me and asked me to help her start her business helping people to buy foreclosed government homes. I'd told her that I didn't know anything about that, but she'd insisted that she'd show me all that she needed me to do! Okay great! For a few months, the two of us worked out of her living room while no one else would even answer her call for help! We worked and worked until we got our own office! Now, business is really picking up! Her friends are now even trying to climb onboard! The first thing this snake does is stab me in my back and run off with my money! We were about to close on three different cases, all in about two weeks! Per my contract, my commissions would total around 17K for the work I'd done! Next thing I know, I'm unemployed, and I had to take her to court to get my money! This woman had even tried to throw false charges on me to justify a counter suit, but she was so arrogant and ignorant, she didn't even count on "A JUDGE" being smarter than she was! The judge heard the case, saw through all of her lies and deceit, threw out her counter suit, awarded me everything I'd asked for, and then laid S.T.L. out for her conduct in that courtroom! Rather that just apologize, and give me what I'd earned, this %*#*$* went and filed bankruptcy so she still wouldn't have to pay it! Turns out, she'd already filed several times before! This is just what she does! She will use you and your services, and then file to not have to pay you! Look her up! Id found out that she was a serial filer! I had already just found out that she'd been lying to me the whole time anyway! The woman never had a **** license! She had me out there showing people houses, and the chick didn't even have a license! OMG! What lies did she tell to get the keys to all of those properties? I could have been arrested, sued, and all sorts of other mess! I had no idea! She had been my sisters best friend of many years! I had left home years ago because at the age of 17, I'd told my mother that I was *** and she tried to beat me up! Soon, I was out on my own. A child **********, trying to survive out there on the streets. As my brothers and sisters grew up, S.T.L. had become a part of the family. Years later, when I'd returned home, I met S.T.L. I took her to heart like she was my sister. I had no idea that she would ever use me like that, and even put me in danger like that! My mother later had some properties for sale and she'd hired S.T.L. to unload them for her! S.T.L.'s banner, with her face and her info, stayed sprawled all across the front of that storefront property on North Ave. for maybe about two years! I kept telling my mother that S.T.L. is dirty, and that I don't think she's not really trying to sell that property for her because she's using it as a free billboard! The neighborhood was being gentrified! People were paying $100K for a shell! How could an agent have trouble selling ANYTHING around there? Bull! Everything was hot in that area of reservoir Hill! This was just about maybe 5 or 6 years ago! Everybody was trying to buy anything! A few years later when my mother had other properties for sale......., she didn't use S.T.L.! In all these years, S.T.L. has never apologized to me for what she'd done. She's never tried to give me my money. I guess she is what she is. Yes, bankruptcy said that she didn't have to pay it at that time, but as a woman of integrity, as a woman who knows when's she was wrong, as a friend of a family who'd taken her in like she was blood, you would think that she would have long ago said, "Hey, I'm sorry. I did you wrong, and I apologize. I was a different person back then, and yes, I did some trifling things to people who were there for me when nobody else would show up, and I'm humbled by the experiences! I'm a better person because of it all! I've done alright in the business. Let me give you your money! I'm so sorry that that all had happened." - or SOMETHING! No, this chick has probably never even thought about it! And even if she did, I guess she figured she's off the hook because the bankruptcy court said she didn't have to pay, and so she got away with it. And that's all that would matter to her, but as evident from this post - it's not over, and if she was to dare come back with one **** nasty word about "me", I will gladly tell you all the WHOLE story, involving CRACK, SYPHILIS, and even more about this SNAKE! I remember how she would talk people into taking out more money than they could ever afford to pay back, and many may have lost their houses, but she takes a cut of the "loan amount" so she'd convince them to borrow all the could with promises of walking away with cash! She had even printed up I think it was 20 years of fake pay stubs to make one guy look credit worthy and get the loan - so she could get that commission! I'm sure many people have lost their homes because of her! I'm sure I could still get in touch with many of them! I had turned her in to the real estate commission but she'd tricked me into not showing up! She had someone call me, pretending that they were from that office and say that they didn't handle that, so I didn't show up for the inquest. She got me again! Haha The most sinister part if this entire story is....., that my sister, S.T.L.'s "best friend", took my nieces from me to retaliate against me, and to avenge her best friend because I took her to court! Instead of just staying out of it, my sister stop letting me pick up the my nieces anymore and take them out! I loved my nieces! I took them everywhere I could! After I had to sue ******, my sister did that to me! There's no Xmas memories. No school performances anymore. No birthday celebrations. Nothing. She's raised those girls to think I'm something so evil and irrelevant that even when they'd gotten old enough to have cellphones, they never even asked for "my" number, but you can bet your bottom dollar that they had their "aunt S.T.L.'s" number in there! They're young women in their twenties now. I don't know them. RUN! RUN AWAY FAST! SCANDALOUS, AND UNSCRUPULOUS! MAYBE EVEN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY! TRIFLING
