I wouldn't recommend her. Stacy knew we needed to sell our house, so she wasn't concerned with ensuring that we take our time, be educated about the process, and fully understand the offers we received. She encouraged us to jump on the first (lowball) offer we got—which we declined to even entertain—and then was pushy about the second offer. We had no knowledge of how closing would work, and she never offered to come to the closing table with us. Working in the real estate industry myself now, I realize how little she did to offer her expertise as well as earn her 3% commission. She has, however, made me better at my job, as I use everything from that transaction to help guide me in better serving my own clients.
