Stacy has the BEST attitude regardless if you're looking to sell your home or use her to help find the best property for you. I've used other agents but none have had met my expectations like this lady! I can't tell you how many times I've shown up to view a property and the real estate agent handed me a sheet of paper knowing NOTHING about the property; I would have to tell them the property history. Words can not describe how are experience with Stacy was nor will they describe her character. We sign up with Stacy a whole year before we were actually ready to purchase a home . She immediately sprung into action for us. She sent pictures of homes that were available every other day. Again, let me re-empasis, she did this faithfully and we wasn't even ready to purchase a home right away at the end of every email, she stated call me if you have any questions and she was available at any time. Finally, we we was ready, she spranged into action again. She assisted us EVERY step of the way. She partnered us up with who we needed to make sure this process was successful. This brings tears to my eyes just trying to explain how GREAT she was. Her patience was incredible. My husband and I got off at different times but that didn't matter with her. She met with us at our convenience. She did not show us anything we didn't ask for. We called her day and night and she had the same pleasant attitude every time we reached out to her. Her knowledge helped up make the right decisions. Stacy negotiated with the homeowners on our behalf to get the price down to want we could afford. We almost felt like we were her only clients with all the time and attention she gave us. As the closing date drew near, she made sure all inspections of the house was done and even told us we was welcome to come to each one. When we closed on our house, she reassured us of everything she said and even Thanked us again for just allowing her to be our agent and she gave us a gift card as a welcome to your new home gift. If we had to do this again, I truly would not want anyone but Stacy Johnson as our realtor. To this day, if we reach out to her, and we do, she is still answering our questions. Stacy we will tell all our families and friends about you. Stacy helped us find a BEAUTIFUL home that was only 5 years old and it was everything we ask for and more.
