Stacy Sanseverino is hands down the best Realtor possible to go to battle for you. I have been working with Stacy since 2001 and she has represented me through several transactions, some of those being seemingly impossible from other Realtors' input. She has very strong negotiation skills and will come up with a plan that will help all parties involved successfully move forward. While looking out for your best interest as her client, she is at the same time very cognizant of the other parties' involved interests and likely responses, so no time is wasted going back and forth.
